Our classic Swiss roll is light, nostalgic, and wonderfully indulgent — serving around 6–8 people. Made with regeneratively farmed flour, organic fair-trade cocoa, free-range eggs, fresh whipped cream, and our own cherry compote. A beautiful balance of soft sponge, rich chocolate, and bright cherry sweetness.
